For those of you reading the Blood+ novelizations the latest volume, subtitled Boy Meets Girl is on shelves this week. This volume contains the move to Paris and then to London, and we get a lot of reveals and more hints and info than appear in the animated series, making it a great supplemental or a fun way to experience the series through a different set of eyes. Or enjoy it as an stand-alone series. You certainly do not have to have seen the anime to follow this emotionally complex tale of a girl who is struggling to be as normal as possible when she finds her blood is the key to save the world. Also be sure to check out the manga, translated by Camellia Nieh (Black Jack, GitS-Stand Alone Complex). It's a very different take on the Blood+ story.
